Owner’s Representative administering all professionals and general construction from conceptual design through final Certificate of Occupancy for the construction of a new 5-story office building consisting of 61,305 SF above-grade and 16,382 SF below-grade.
Ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art, 5-story office building. The work includes steel construction, metal and glass curtain wall, two traction elevators, heating and cooling plant, and new electrical and plumbing services. Subsequent phases will include the 32,000 SF build-out of tenant improvements for the GSA (tenant). The project presents special challenges as the building is being constructed over the existing utility lines which service the Concourse Plaza Shopping Center located adjacent to the property.
