The hotel, which will be operated by the Starwood Group of Hotels, will feature a modern, loft-inspired design geared toward tech-savvy consumers.
Ground-up construction of a 12-story, 137,000 SF mixed-use building with a below-grade parking garage in a densely populated, urban neighborhood.
